First, you’re going to need good fundamentals. Try Jeffrey Snover and Jason Helminck’s MVA courses

 

Now once you’ve done that, you’re going to need to know a little about Desired State Configuration – the declarative engine for resource provisioning.

And to tie all that together, you’re going to need to test your code.
